Boris and Roman did an exceptional job. Boris explained what and how they would do many of the tasks. The quality and finisse of the completed work was top notch. The quality of the purchased products was also top notch, however expensive.

Johnny the Anderson tech was excellent. He examined the window and quickly resolved the issue. He explained the repair and answered all are questions. He was very friendly, personable and professional!

Our technician, Johnny, came and did an illustration showing my mom how to open, close and take out her new windows. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable and his personality was stellar.

Johnny did a great job at replacing the screen sliding door.

Johnny and Andy arrived when they said and immediately diagnosed the issue with the sliding glass door. They replaced a piece of the locking mechanism which significantly improved the locking and unlocking of the door. They also made adjustments to the sliding screen to ensure it locked properly. They removed the excess silicone and made sure there was no obstruction in the drainage holes of the sliding door. Johnny and Andy were very professional and courteous throughout the process of correcting everything. This was a great experience and they made sure I was pleased with everything before departing. Their standards are very high and they are to be commended for a job well done.
