This is the second time we have used Renewal by Anderson. The windows first and now the Front door. Both times we have had a great experience with the crews that showed up to do the work. Kyle B and Jared B were very professional and made sure we were happy with the product.

This is our second home to install Renewal By Andersons windows. We were pleasantly surprised they have even improved in their energy efficiency and functionality since the last time. But, to have two crews devoted to our project was above and beyond. Quentin, Evan C, Dustin L, Mize, Daniel F, and Marshall W understood all the challenges of installation on a 1901 home, offered creative solutions and executed a quality of work as if it was their own home. We could not be more satisfied with the experience. If you live in the greater Spokane area, use Renewal By Anderson! We had a sliding glass door replaced Feb. 13, 2026, by Micah Roberts and Luis Gonzalez. They did a fantastic job. We will only use Renewal by Andersen in the future. We would give a 10 rating for every step in the process.

NO WINDOW IS LESS THAN $3000. Don't schedule a "free consultation" unless you are ready to pay that the day of your appointment. Great windows, but overpriced and they really are just selling financing.

Inquired about converting my patio door into a French door.The salesmen who came to my house were nice and explained everything, They went into great detail about why their product was the best. Then they said the minimal amount to replace my door would be $23,000. I was stunned, I had many bids for my door. Renewal by Andersen was the absolute highest, 250% higher than the previous highest we had. Needless to say, we did not go with them. Way overpriced, 1 star because the men that came to my house were nice and informative.

I recently had my windows and doors replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results. The consultation was professional and easy with no sales pressure and the installation crews of Ryan, Austin, Luke, Tanner, Cole and Evan were courteous, highly skilled and very professional. I highly recommend their services. The craftmanship is excellent and we are looking forward to enjoying our windows and doors for many years.

They did immaculate work. Taking care of the old door and replacing it with the new without doing any excess damage and took care of everything in a timely manner. They made sure that everything was cleaner than when they left. Vince C., Austin K., and Manuel G. we're all kind and cooperative and explained the paperwork afterwards very thoroughly.
