The crew that replaced 11 large windows for us was extremely professional in every aspect. Jeff R, Josh P, Shelton T, and Shelmas T are amazing craftsmen. Jeff explained every step and handled glitches that arose due to a shortage of pre delivered supplies which caused an immediate delivery of materials. He caught the discrepancy right away. Good thing he didn’t just assume all the needed material were here. The crew was very aware of of any concerns we had and delivered your excellent product with all the attention possible. A sliding back door is 1500 from home depot labor exuberant, as it is maybe a $1000 I was quoted $11000. Extremely overpriced

We understand that pricing can be a significant factor in your decision, and we strive to offer quality products and expert installation that reflect the value of our services. We appreciate your input and would be happy to discuss your concerns further. I would like to add since you offered the comparison. Sure the doors maybe comparable looks, the colors, but will they be the same door in your home. You forgot to add in the cost of hardware, trim both interior and exterior. Ahhh, also what is not represented in your comparison, will you need to custom size the door, or do you prefer to make the hole fit the door rather than make the door to fit the opening. Now the big question, who is going to install the door and who do you call when something happens. You can go to any of the Andersen Dealers in and your community and you will get varying quotes to install the door; yes Home Depot also has an installation option. Now if we were unable to articulate in the appointment the value we bring to the table, then that is on us and I am sorry we missed out on the opportunity to express why you should business with us. If we did successfully articulate what we do and we were still not the perfect fit, than that is ok. We are grateful for the opportunity you provided us to show you how we could partner with you on this important project. I love the fact that you are shopping around and seeing what your options are for replacing your patio door. We like to think we are the perfect solution for everyone, the good news is that there are lots of options for homeowners like yourself out there that are looking for something that checks all the boxes. Inquired about converting my patio door into a French door.The salesmen who came to my house were nice and explained everything, They went into great detail about why their product was the best. Then they said the minimal amount to replace my door would be $23,000. I was stunned, I had many bids for my door. Renewal by Andersen was the absolute highest, 250% higher than the previous highest we had. Needless to say, we did not go with them. Way overpriced, 1 star because the men that came to my house were nice and informative.

I was having a hard time taking my windows out for cleaning. John Michaelis came to test all of the windows we had installed. He showed me how to take them out and also found some windows that would need to be reinstalled. I felt confident that the lifetime warranty would be honored and the windows would be fixed.
