We spent tens of thousands of dollars to have renewal put in new windows in our home. 4 years later a locking mechanism snapped in two in my hand. We have called several times, filled out service forms ,etc. And keep getting rerouted to the sales department. There is supposedly a 10 year warranty on parts I guess they save money by avoiding unsatisfied customers. It is not worth the money, shop around first and do not believe the hype around the Andersen name

Professional from start to finish. Very impressive upgrade love the look and functionality. I could tell that the windows were performing just walking into the room when no street noise present with them closed.

Service was great - brian Newkirk and aaron Costello were wonderful, professional, and kind. The door is beautiful, although pricier than I was expecting.

Very pleased with the Renewal by Andersen window replacement process, product quality, professionalism and expert installation by Brian Wilcox and Murray. I especially like all-in-one service which of measuring, replacement including outside and inside window molding. The price was good for the product and service. Would definitely recommend Renewal by Andersen for replacing windows.

Just want to inform others that even though Google states that Renewal by Anderson has a showroom at the location at 110 Rotterdam Industrial Park, Schenectady, NY 12306, there is no show room so don’t waste your time driving over there hoping to see their products. The worker I met there said I can schedule at at-home consultation. Off to Home Depot I go to see their windows.
