Window & Door Replacement in Schenectady, NY

Had 13 Renewal by Andersen windows installed in my house. The quality, functionality and apperance of these windows are top notch. No draft around the windows and the house seems to hold the heat better... not to mention less outdoor sound. It took the installers three days to remove the old windows and install new. Had a pleasant experience with Installers Tom F and Anderson. They were punctual, courteous, professional and worked well together. Lead installer Tom F was very knowledgeable, personable and answered all our questions. When the job was complete, he demonstrated the functionality of the new windows to us. The installers used drop cloths to minimize dirt on the floor and furniture. They also cleaned up any stray debris. We would like to request Tom F and Anderson to perform the window install on our other house in Easton in October.

Great installation, windows look great, installers were very professional

Guys on crew were very efficient and on time with our installation. They were neat as they worked and clean up the site when they were finished.

We were very happy with the product including the aesthetics and functions of the windows. The crew: Joey, Tom, and Matt were extremily professional and efficient, getting the job done in 2 days. Glad we made the decision to upgrade our windows.

We are very pleased with our window replacements! The installers, Tom, Joey, Roop and Aaron, were personable, professional and good at their job! They worked steadily and finished the job sooner than expected. They cleaned up very well and were generally careful with the many plantings that surround my home. They even helped me put furniture back in place. Tom took the time to carefully explain the window mechanisms. He was a very pleasant young man and a good representative for your company.

Great crew

We had a terrific experience with Andersen Renewal Windows! The whole process from start to finish, went very smoothly and was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The two men who installed our window were courteous, friendly, respectful, and they did an amazing job. I highly recommend Anderson renewal windows to anyone looking to have window work done in their home.

Today's installers were Brian Newkirk and Joe Elgeiser- yesterday Aaron worked with Brian. Brian was the lead installer. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable about the windows , the removal of the old windows, and the actual installation. He and the other technicians prepared the areas both inside and out to contain any mess with the removal of the old windows and they left the areas better than when they started. Brian also explained and showed me how the different windows worked (the double hung and the slider ones). He and Aaron worked very well as a team on Wednesday. On Thursday I heard him sharing his knowledge with Joe about the procedures. Brian also explained that he was a perfectionist with his job, which I think is a great trait to have when working on people's homes. Very much appreciated as a homeowner! And the windows themselves are fantastic- easy to open and close and much more stylish and functional than the old windows.

Tom-Chris-Joey Were on time ,professional, explained everything that was being done and answered all questions Cleaned up after themselves We have had contractors in the house before, and by far they were the best Exceptional 9-9-2026
