Window & Door Replacement in Middletown, NY

I have a huge sign on my door that says no marketing or solicitation. A rep came to the door and rang the bell and knocked on the door. Despite my attempts to politely show him the no solicitation sign and that we weren’t interested in any window services, he continued to try and sell me on services. He also asked me what I do for a living- which I answered out of politeness, but felt that was very strange. I understand he had a sales job to do, but from his attire to ignoring the door signs to ignoring my attempts to politely tell him we’re not interested to asking me about my job at the end of our talk, I felt that he was unprofessional, despite seeming overall nice. We would not use their services due to the reasons I mention here.

You can see from their lame response that they lack integrity: I don't use my real name for these reviews! Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY isn't truthful so their promises are meaningless. Their installers couldn't care less and left many nails and hardware for me to step on after completing the job! Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY is as trashy as it gets. They are a horrible and dishonest business! Avoid this place like the plague!!! You've been warned! Pella gets to replace the other 5 windows and entry door.

Excellent work and great presentation ! Team Dante and team leader Jason Brighton were very informative and answered questions about the project in great detail. Would recommend this team to everyone who is interested in having a great project team improve your home or business. Thanks again !

Avoid this place like the plauge! Would give zero stars if possible. Management and sales staff lack integrity and lie like we breathe! Their unprofessional installers left nails and other metal hardware all over my property when finished. Wish I had never used Renewal by Andersen of Eastern NY out of Middletown. I will go with Pella for new windows for the rest of the house and a new entry door.

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was 5 Star All the way! Great product, a highly experienced professional team This was our second time using this company, just as pleased with the second experience as the first.

Ricardo M & Dominick DZ did an amazing job.

Had a front door and 3 windows done. From our sales rep, Adam to Phil, who did all the measurements, the staff was friendly and helpful from the beginning. The installers, Jason, Rich, Brent & Dante were aproachable while being efficient and professional. Jason kept me informed at every stage while they worked, then cleaned up as if they were never here. Thanks for doing a beautiful job!

Jose & Andrew were extremely Professional, efficient, and courteous...excellent reflection of your company.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! They installed all of our new windows during what had to be some of the hottest days of the year, and I honestly don’t know how they did it. 🥵 They never complained, stayed professional, worked incredibly hard, and somehow still managed to be friendly and upbeat the entire time. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. They treated our home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. If you’re on the fence about replacing your windows, do it—and if you’re lucky enough to get this installation team, you’re in the best hands. Thank you for making our home look amazing, even while working in what felt like the surface of the sun!
