Had glass replaced under warranty on 2 windows. Very pleased from start to finish. I first spoke with Ray to report that the windows had broken. Ray was very pleasant to speak with and reported my issue promptly to the warranty department.Brad and Dean were sent to do the repair/replacement. They did a phenomenal job. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. They did an excellent job of cleaning up and reinstalling the blinds when they were finished. I highly recommend Renewal By Andersen. Their products and their employees are top notch.

Justin was a true professional. He did a great job replacing the caulking around our brick molding. Looks much better than the original installation.
