Very pleased with the professionalism and friendly demeanor at every point in the process of buying six replacement windows from sales to scheduling through installation! Shauna did a great job as a sales rep and explained the products and financing options well. Kyle and his team of installers (Bob and Jack) were careful and neat and clean during installation. They seemed very experienced and efficient with their time all while working hard.

We had our Renewal by Anderson windows installed today. Donnie, Eric and Mike were amazing. They arrived exactly on time, were extremely careful with our home and did a wonderful job installing our windows. Not only are they talented craftsmen, they are also total professionals. Jeff, Rick, and Nate were wonderful and very professional. Jeff walked me through what was going to happen and when finished he walked me through again, and showed me how to operate and clean my new windows. He pointed out minor areas of concern (i.e. They couldn't but my smoker back where they found it because the ground thawed and the ground was unstable.) My only concern was that the trim installed didn't exactly match the existing trim. I was aware of this possibility when I ordered because Renewal doesn't have a large number of color choices. The team cleaned up very well and even put my blinds back on for me and helped me get a large painting back on the wall. All and all, the team exceeded my expectations. Oh yeah, the windows are great too.

Brad called and gave us a ETA and he was spot on. They took great care of our floors and carpeting. The door they installed on our smaller deck is sealed well and is just like our original one ( which wasn’t an Andersen) but this one is much more secure. They cleaned up and when they were done I didn’t even need to vacuum. I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and if you are lucky enough to get Brad and his partner for your installation, you won’t be disappointed.
