I paid 40k. Yes 40 thousand dollars for my windows and doorway. I had to have them come out twice to fix the doorway and now 4 years later it seems they did such a poor job on my transom window that water has leaked a rotted my entire front door. I have tried contacting and I get directed to a website that does nothing. Do not waste you’re money Update as of 2025. The handle to my door wall is falling apart. Complete lack of competency. DO NOT WASTE MONEY Update again. They have done absolutely nothing to fix or compensate the problems they caused.

Got a front door and storm door installed 5/22/26. Installers phoned to say they were on the way and arrived on time. The install went great and they had to adjust the frame. Finished product looks great. Highly recommend Renewal by Andersen of Detroit. Thank you for a professional job.

Salesperson I believe by the name of Justin came out and immediately said he feels unsafe in the neighborhood and that it isn’t as well kept as other places he’s been in Detroit, and that his reason was that people down the street were looking in trash cans (it’s trash day btw) and after being asked to leave he stated “we weren’t gonna go with you any way” and continued to go back and forth until he seen me recording him. He was so rude and prejudice I may have to tell my followers about this I have it on video
