My repair men who came to service My window were great. They finished in a timely manner and answered any questions we had.

This review is necessary because Andersen sales team insists that you give a "review" on the day that you sign up. This is incredibly misleading because at that time they have no actually performed any work. Andersen uses these types of tactics to artificially keep ratings high as a way to justify the exorbitant prices. The salesman was very pushy. He also measured a large window incorrectly. He measured it as 66" when in fact it was over 90" wide. This is more than a small error. This is incompetence at best and malicious deceptive trade practices at worst. This mistake resulted in the price being thousands more than the signed contract. In an attempt to be a good person I agreed to pay the higher price. He recommended several changes to the style of window and did not discuss the potential implication for what that would look like from the outside. After realizing that the recommended aesthetic was undesirable we asked to change the style of window but were told the window was already made and we would have to buy an extra window. Salesman also called and asked for free legal advice knowing I was an attorney. Install team was great. Windows themselves are good quality. I have two neighbors on my street who have used andersen and have had similar experiences. DO NOT USE ANDERSEN. THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE.

Victor and the other installer were knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job and we would rate them 10 out of 10 and gladly recommend them to anyone!

After months and months of follow-up calls to correct various small issues related to my window installation project (last year), the Renewal By Anderson team were true to their word and fixing everything in my more back to standard. From my hardwood floor refinishing, to door threshold repairs (today) with another awesome Service Technician (Tommy). The entire Renewal By Anderson team are epitome of TRUE PROFESSIONALS! Andrew installed our 5 new windows last December and after city inspection , we learned that 3 of the windows were not tempered as required by law so they failed. When Andrew came back to install the the new tempered ones, we found that 3 of the panes had defective glass. After waiting another 4 months (during which an incorrect order was returned back in February) there was very poor communication which required a lot of follow-up on my part, we finally got the correct windows and they were installed a couple of days ago by Andrew. This situation, of course, was not Andrew's fault as he was just the installer but he was very careful to document everything and let Anderson windows know of the issues. He just reinstalled the corrected windows and made some minor adjustments on our sliding glass door and one of the windows that didn't close properly. He is very attentive, kind and professional and timely. He did a very good job and we were very happy with his services. Big shout out also to Robert at Anderson windows also who was constantly following up with me and trying to keep me in the loop. He was struggling with getting updates as well but he always answered the phone and promised to keep me posted as information became available. Needless to say, we were both very frustrated. Overall, we are very disappointed in Anderson Windows since we expected everything to go right the first time. Their advertised good reputation is the reason why we went with them in the first place. Our experience was not a positive one. Anderson Windows should have sent the tempered ones from the get-go and not send defective relacements. To have to wait for over 4 months to finally get the correct windows is not acceptable and we would've expected the defective windows to have been inspected before they were delivered for Andrew to install. As a consumer, I do not feel I have to mandate a window inspection prior to delivery but in this case I did. Overall we are very happy with the windows but the experience was very disappointing. Andrew and Robert are a tribute to your organization, and if I were rating just them, I would have given this survey of 5 out of 5 unfortunately, I have to remain at a 2 out of 5.
