Johnny was competent and friendly. He called as he was able to show up early. He was able to arrive 30 minutes before the appointment time, which we appreciated. We truly enjoy our sliding glass doors, windows and front door from Renewal. Anytime we have needed assistance they are here. Thank you Johnny and Renewal.

I am absolutely thrilled with this experience! I was treated with care from start to finish. I was contacted weekly prior to installation by scheduling and customer service, which made me feel like I was important. The sales fella was informative and low pressure. The prelim installation guy was very thorough and made sure the window measurements were correct. And let me tell you about installation! Wow oh wow! Alfredo and his crew were friendly, organized, clearly very experienced, quick and the finished product! Well, I could not be happier!

Holy cow! It was tough to commit, but I’m so glad I did. This little cabin is now on its way to a glamor upgrade. Alfredo and his team did an Amazing job!
