When I contacted Renewal by Andersen on June 25th about the weather strip under the door was damaged. They setup an appointment on the same day. Mr. Charles was the service representative that came out. He checked the door and fixed the damage. Thanks again Mr. Charles for always knowing what to do. Mr. & Mrs. Ford
