The whole process from beginning to end was professional, well-explained and communication was exceptional! Everything was completed as scheduled and on-time. Disappointed in Renewal by Andersen’s Customer Service We chose Renewal by Andersen for our front door because of the company’s reputation for quality and customer service. Unfortunately, the service experience has been extremely disappointing. We are currently experiencing problems with our front door, and when I contacted the company to request service, I was informed that it would be over one month before someone could even come inspect the issue. For a company that markets itself as a premium window and door provider, I find this response unacceptable. Customers pay a premium expecting not only quality products but also dependable service when something goes wrong. I understand that scheduling can be challenging, but waiting over a month for an initial inspection of a home’s primary entrance is unreasonable. I am requesting that someone from Renewal by Andersen’s management team contact me directly and arrange a more timely inspection and resolution. The true measure of a company isn’t just how it sells its products, but how it takes care of customers after the sale. So far, that experience has fallen well short of expectations. I hope Renewal by Andersen takes this opportunity to make things right.
