The installers were detailed, personable, respectful and cared about the quality of the product. It was a great customer experience and I’d recommend to everyone! The windows themselves are beautiful and easy to open I can’t wait to see them live up to the Renewal by Anderson name!

Was startled by a man knocking on the door and then trying to get my attention through the window as I shook my head. He gracefully moved on his way and left an assessment of my home windows which he couldn’t have done without snooping around my private property and looking at my windows; all while I was giving my infant a bath. Very not cool business practices!!! Shameful don’t step on peoples property and snoop around without permission or perhaps do the assessment post them answering the door. Edit to reply: the problem has nothing to do with the employee. He was perfectly fine. It’s the business practice and I’m happy to snap a photo and post it here of what was left without his name because I don’t think he did anything wrong.
