With the amount we’re paying, I expected much better service. We ordered a patio door and it was set to arrive on May 26th. It was my husbands birthday and we both took off work for it. The installers arrived and a piece of the frame was damaged so they have to order another one. They said this would delay our project another two weeks or so, but couldn’t tell us for sure. We were supposed to get a call on Friday with a for sure date, but no one has called. My husband reached out to our initial sales person Laurie on Wednesday and she has yet to reach back out. Completely unprofessional for how much we’re spending on a door, and I’m just hoping to cancel at this point since we would have to take another day off work without pay. Not getting a good vibe from these people at all. Seems once they make the sale, they don’t care to check up or follow up with you anymore.

We had 9 window replacements with crew including: Jen, Marlin, Lester, Jake, John and Alan. Great crew! Professional, precise, easy going, and made sure everything was all right. I would definitely recommend this crew to relatives, neighbors and friends. They do a very thorough clean up also!
