Product is beautiful. Installation was supposed to have 4 people, only two showed up. I have called my original sale person four times now trying to get the "tax information" with a certain code I need. He told me two weeks ago he would get a hold of the person who sends this out: still nothing. The day of installation was very hectic. "Boss" was to come at 9:30 with weather stripping or something they didn't have, he came at 2:30. He did not call me by name, so I'm certain he didn't know it. He came up to "shake my hand" and said "Be sure you give us a '10'." When the installers left over ten hours of arriving, 'foreman' also asked, "do you give us a '10' rating?" If I had said no, would something bad happen? Renewal is extremely expensive, I guess I expected better service.

Both our Samuel (salesman) and Anthony (window measurement) were friendly and professional. Anthony went into detail to make sure I understood what all we were receiving, explaining how all the windows will function and just generally making us feel comfortable about our purchase. He even went the extra yard of closing 3 top windows our glacier had left open 3 years ago. I truly recommend Renewal by Andersen. Can’t wait to get our windows.

We are just getting started, but have had great experiences so far! Our sales rep, Sam was wonderful. He answered all questions we had. Our tech Zach was prompt and thorough. Taking time to explain how the process will work. Very excited for installation!!

Shane came out for final measure of windows and sliding doors. He was very friendly, and thorough answering all questions . He called ahead with 30 minute warning and arrived promptly. Visit took less than an hour. Very happy with Anderson at this point in our journey.
