Excellent experience every step with Renewal. Emmet in sales spent a lot of time going over the options and products. Measurement team was thorough and helpful. The installation group was fantastic. They worked well together, were very skilled at replacing the old windows and doors. So clean after they were finished, it was amazing - really appreciated the hard work of Santos, Lan, Omar and Nick. Highly recommend Renewal. The product is beautiful and the heat is not coming in like the old wood windows.

My experience with the salesman was great. He knew the product and compared his to the vinyl windows. That is really what sold us even though the price was higher than we expected. We do like to buy good products not cheaply made. Will review again when installed.
