I am having my windows replace with renewal by Anderson. So far, I have been happy with the Design Consultant and Order Verification Specialist. They were prompt the three times I had appointments and were very courteous and professional. Kurt was very prompt with answering calls, texts and emails with questions that I had. Kurt and Paul were both patient with last minute changes I made as well as recommendations. I am hoping the installation goes as smoothly.

Shane and Jesse came to measure all the windows today. They were very polite and respectful of our home. Both Shane and Jesse were very professional and answered all the questions I had about the installation process. Also, I liked that our salesman Chas came along with Shane and Jesse. I was impressed because often times more than not you don’t see the sales guy after the order! Highly recommend these gentlemen!!
