The whole experience with Renewal by Anderson was great. The doors look great I really went with this particular company because I value quality. The two doors I had installed were a little pricey but the quality is something that you can’t find at some big box store. The whole staff that I had interactions with were very friendly and professional. Lee even came out to my house to fix some caulking on the glass of my French doors that was done at the factory. You just don’t get that kind of customer service from most contractors! If you value quality and integrity I would suggest that you call Renewal by Anderson!

As always great experience. Mr. Vincent DeLorenzo was not only informative and knowledgeable, he even had some cool stories to tell while we talked a bit. If I needed anymore help, I would want Mr. Vincent to be there and help.

We have used Renewal by Andersen of Chattanooga once before and have been extremely happy with the windows we replaced. We contacted them again to replace all of our upstairs windows. Joel Simmons was our consultant and was very professional and efficient. We really enjoy working with him. However, our most outstanding experience was with the Order Verification Specialist that came to do the final pre measurements and installation assessment. John Sheffield caught a major exterior issue that could have been catastrophic if he hadn’t caught it. We immediately contacted a contractor and they began work immediately to correct our issue. Not only does Renewal by Andersen of Chattanooga do great work and have a superior window replacement product, they saved our home from a major tragedy. Thank you SO much John Sheffield.
