We had a problem with one of the Venetian blinds on one of the Andersen windows that had recently been installed in our house. A chord had accidentally been looped around the shade mechanism when they hung the unit back up, causing it to lock up. It was such a comfort to know Charlie was just a phone call away. He came to our rescue, & was able to resolve our problem in a matter of minutes. What an asset Charlie O’Neal is to your company. He not only is so knowledgeable about your products, but he is so delightful to work with. He genuinely cares about making your customers happy & satisfied with your windows. He makes us feel like family. We really appreciate his professionalism and his concern for his customers. He’s the BEST and deserves 5 stars!

Oct 2026 - This time, Josue and Noah were here to install new windows on either side of the fire place/chimney. These are special shaped windows. The old windows lost their seal and were frosting. These were measured at least 3 times prior to being installed, plus the measuring to do the installation. I received a call about 45 mins before getting here and they arrived right on time. Once they start working, they made sure everything under them was covered, even though I did tell them not to worry about it as I need to vacuum. Installation went pretty quick, even though I am pretty sure the window on the right gave them some trouble. Through it all they made sure everything was perfect, even cleaning the windows after removing the protective coating. This is project #2 of 3. Once this job is paid off, I will be contacting Renewal by Anderson again for the last window. You will not be disappointed with this company. Well worth the cost! Original post - Alan and team were great. Very courteous, especially since I work from home. They were not overly loud or disturbing. They made sure to get everything ready before needing to make adjustments to the window frames. After installation, Alan showed me the windows and gave me pointers for cleaning them. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next purchase, especially with the professional manner everyone involved has been. The warranty alone is a great!

Lupe is very professional and courteous. He adjusted the door right away. He even had me lock and unlock the door. I had no problem getting the door to lock and unlock.
