Find Renewal by Andersen in San Antonio, TX

Years ago we replaced all the windows in our house with windows from Renewal by Andersen because of their quality. We weren’t disappointed. However, the ravages of Texas weather exposed some issues with our trim and caulking that needed to be addressed. So we called RbA looking for information on how to repair our trim and, instead, were reminded how good the warranty is as well. It’s one thing to have a piece of paper and another to have a company and it’s people back up their promise wholeheartedly. After sending in some photos so that they could assess the situation, they scheduled a five man crew (Hector, Jon, W.J., Rob, and Faron) to fix the issues in one day. We were very impressed by these guys: great work, great attitude. The result was that the trim of all 17 windows, inside and out, was examined and, if necessary, fixed, including replacement trim pieces and recaulking. Our windows look new and the crew made it painless. We appreciate them and that they made their company’s promise real to us. We wholeheartedly endorse replacing your windows with Renewal by Andersen.

Jorge Pérez and Juan Carlos were phenomenal. They worked quickly and efficiently. Both were respectful and answered my questions to satisfaction. Very professional, they both assessed the work to be done and showed me what they believed was an issue. Jorge took pictures and guided me the throughout the next steps so that I feel comfortable with the the process, product and support.

My wife and I replaced the windows of our home with Renewal by Andersen. The process was smooth from from beginning to end. The windows arrived earlier than expected and were installed by a skilled crew in a day and a half. Our project consultant and the installation manager followed the progress of the work and were available to me to answer questions and concerns. The installers were pleasant and worked efficiently from beginning to end to provide a beautiful set of windows. As might be expected, a few areas area the window frames where scratched in the demolition, but these areas were seen by the installation manager when he did his inspection and, much to my delight, he came to us to report that their finish painter would be coming to repair those areas and leave the house as they found it. Based on my experience with Renewal by Andersen, I would choose them again.
