My new windows are amazing and the crew was superb. Jose Lopez and his crew (JT, Monica, Ricky, Usualdo) were very professional and CLEAN! Way better than the experience I had with a different window company at my other house-seriously, doesn’t even compare! I’d recommend Renewal to anyone! Lupe was very cordial, looked at my moldings that were loose on both patio doors. Installed some tape to both , and had me test the closers. He did a great job.

I typically avoid getting repairs to anything because “I can do it myself” but last week Renewal called me to check and see if I had any issues with the windows they had installed two years ago. I had a small issue with one of my windows and Renewal sent out Jake and Josh it today and they fixed my problem quickly. It was so easy to have them take care of it for me and they even took a moment to check my other windows while they were here. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and the finished fix looks amazing. These two guys are definitely an asset to the company! :)

Claudio DeJesus and crew came out and did my windows. Excellent service. Installed the windows and cleaned up all mess. Took my blinds down and put back up, quick and efficient. On time and excellent service.
