We recently had a window inspection by Alex Ritchey which helped confirm our decision to acquire some new windows in strategic areas in our home! We are currently in the waiting phase for installation! So far so good!

Got new windows through RBA and was very happy with the experience. Install team especially was great and salesman, at first alteast, was patient and non pressure.. HOWEVER their customer service afterwards has been disapointing. A big selling point was that i could clame the energy effecient windows on my tax returns. Tax return needs price per individual window which I NEVER recieved an itemized recipt. Called customer service and they keep telling me "we dont have that info, contact your salesman" salesmen just leaves my on read and ignores my phone calls. Who knew it would be this hard to get an itemized recipt on something i paid $20,000+ on. RBA, while having good quality windows and install, seems to be a "Take your money and run" company. It is clear RBA has no interests in maintaining customer relations. 4 weeks of ignored calls and texts and emails, runaround answers, customer service blaming sales meanwhile sales blaming customer service I was going to purchase sliding glass doors next year, now i will be going with another company, and will not rec RBA to family who needs new windows. You lost my business RBA In response to reply. I did email and you NEVER responded. Also the junk mail never stops even after dropping $20k on a few windows. As for warrenty, pretty positive that is all a lie and you will be left in the dust. as RBA can't even bother to send an itemized recipt

Excellent presentation by Stephen. Enjoyed his friendliness and patience of describing his products and we d excited to replace every window and doors in our house.

They came and did our front door and they mess up and now we can't put a Strom door on
