Initial visit with representative Jamie. Nicely detailed presentation without being overly long. No back and forth with how he can make the price better because he liked us, like so many of the home improvement sales pitches are. Not an inexpensive vinyl window, but will be a decent investment and a huge improvement over the poor builder's quality windows that are only 9 years old. Can't wait for a winter without the cold leaks and drafts and incursion of noise from outside

Elijah (salesman) for RBA is a great salesman. I suggest asking for him. Not that I had a bad experience with RBA, just for the quality of morals Elijah presented. Honest, upfront, knowledgable and checked each window and double door. Respected my request to not check windows in bedroom. He finished up with a price offering that was genuine and no pressure at all. To be honest, my wife and I felt bad we didnt buy because of his kindness and diligence in helping us find the perfect bay window. Also, door to door rep Blayze, great person. I can't stand them normally, and told him to get lost. He remained polite and respected my request, as moving away asked, " would it be OK if I checked your RBA windows just to make sure quality is still high". Then my hard butted ,get out of here, attitude started to change. Said yes to that, knowing I need a new bay window. He just spoke with me like an old friend I haven't seen in a while. By the end I requested an appointment from him, not the other way around. Great, great guy on an honorable path to help less fortunate people. 10/10 All around with this RBA office and office manager. To bring in quality people that help the community instead of trying to sell no matter what. Need more businesses like them. Thank you guys for your time.

She was patient & thorough when going over our options from styles & colors to financing & scheduling. All of our questions were answered. Insanely overpriced and basically a scam. If you can afford to take $1,000 off every door installation and $400 off every window installation without even seeing the home, you're overpriced by AT LEAST that much. As someone who used to install windows for a living, in telling you this is basically a scam. They're charging you 5x the cost or more for windows that aren't better than your typical windows found at a home goods store or window supply shop because you are buying the brand, not a product that is worth that amount of money.

All cylinders firing made start to finish after Sales Adam professionally handled my needs to replace windows Two of best installerer I had pleasure to deal with. Any future work I not hesitate to ask for them be my guys, and Ladies can't find more pleasant , courteous , and efficient to get job done start to finish just as Adam and Daniel 10 thumbs up not even found sawdust bleft outside from cutting materials.

We always enjoy Adam coming to our house to give estimates for windows and doors. This has been his third visit and we apreciate his honesty and knowledge.
