Renewal by Anderson was a wonderful experience from our meeting with our sales rep to the installation which was done by Ryan and his son Landon! They were on time, very polite and clean throughout the process. Window are beautiful!

Over many years of owning this home, I’ve had electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, solar panel installers, carpenters, roofers, painters, and a handyman come to our home to do work. Josh and Mike are part of a small group of all these tradesmen that ranks at the top of the list. Josh and Mike were wonderful window installers. They arrived when promised. They were friendly, courteous, caring, professional, and informative. I spent some time watching them work and could not help but notice they truly cared about doing an excellent job. I was so glad and relieved knowing our window were being installed by two men who were going to do the job the right way and with a very high degree of professionalism.

An amazing job from start to finish! Beginning with the sales process, Eric was great to work with, understanding our needs and putting a quote together. From there the communication with Barb to schedule the install was great, always keeping me in the loop. The project was not an easy one, we replaced all the windows (2 door walls on the balcony and 3 very large windows) in a fourth floor condo, fifty feet in the air requiring large lift equipment to do the install. The three crews that did the install were incredible! Sam, Rudy, Steve, Morgan, Gage, Jason, Chris, and Kenn, were great to work with, very professional from start to finish. The project management side was equally impressive. Aaron and Charlie did a great job organizing the install and making sure all the needed equipment was there to start the install, and this was not an easy job. They kept in contact with us through the process, making sure we were happy with the way it was proceeding. Working with Tim after the job was completed to explain the warranty, window care, etc. was a perfect ending to a job well done. We would recommend RBA to anyone looking to have their windows upgraded, and in fact we have recomended them to the residents in our building. Thank you to the entire team that made this a positive and well planned project, you exceeded our expectations!!!

We recently had a window inspection by Alex Ritchey which helped confirm our decision to acquire some new windows in strategic areas in our home! We are currently in the waiting phase for installation! So far so good!
