Renewal by Andersen is the absolute worst!!!! We have been waiting 9 months for a door that we desperately need. They have messed it up 3 times and will not let us out of the contract, so we cannot get a door elsewhere. Also, they are way over priced. You could get a better quality door for less than half the price at Lowes or Home Depot.

The whole process was explained well from start to finish and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The products look great after install and feels good knowing that our home is taken care of. They are expensive, but they have a lifetime warranty and you get good quality that will last. So its worth it.
