We made our second purchase from Anderson Windows to be installed in a few months. The process was easy and pleasant with our sales rep Jared Baker. We found Jared to be personable, knowledgeable about the product, and helpful in navigating the purchase and scheduling process. We are pleased with our first installation, we realized a reduction in our heating costs, so expect a positive outcome with this purchase and installation.

My house had all original windows from the 70s. After one of the window frames cracked wide enough to function as a mail slot I called Renewal by Anderson for an estimate to fix it. I chose Anderson because my sister had her front door replaced by them a year ago and she has been very happy with their service. They arranged a consultation quickly and accommodated my busy schedule. The consultant was knowledgeable and patient. He explained all of our options and talked us through each feature and scenario we asked about. We decided to replace 10 windows original to the house. Each one was a slightly different size needing custom measurements and different features, frames and hardware. Our consultant handled it all and had everything documented perfectly. Once we were told the factory had completed the construction of the window we scheduled the installation day. I had to change the installation day twice due to family matters and they were kind and accommodating each time. But finally all our windows were installed in one day by their team. The installation was fast and clean. The first night with the new windows was a bit bizarre. I finally realized I was waiting to hear the furnace kick on but it hadn't in almost an hour because the thermostat had not needed it to! No longer bleeding heat through single pane glass and patched frames! I also couldn't hear the traffic from 901 anymore. I would recommend windows by Anderson to anyone who is looking to make an investment in their home. I am very happy with their service and their results!

My husband and I had a consult with Stephen Erni to finish the front windows on our home. He was down to earth, respectful (including the fact that I am OCD) 😃 and great with our little talkative dog. Overall Stephen was great to talk with and he believes in RBA as a product and cares about his customers.

Jamie was so helpful and honest. He was helpful in showing us which windows had problems and which did not. We are happy with our windows from Renewal by Anderson. The install team did a great job, they were professional and focused on their job. They cleaned everything up when they were done and even rehung the blinds. Thank you!
