The installers were fantastic. They even found a big water leak from poor installation of the back door and deck. They are very efficient and have saved lots in my power bill. They did take a long time to make the windows and during this time we changed our minds and wanted different hardware but was told it would be an additional $8k to do this. We replaced 24 windows and a back door at a cost of $83k so this was a little ridiculous. 3 years later we are selling our house was expecting to get more money as the commercials claim. Nope. Windows didn't make a difference in the price at all. The new roof and solar were what made it worth more. Not to mention there are some quality issues. The seal for the back door is destroyed, we never really use this door. The hardware fell off the window in the foyer which is NEVER touched as it is 15 feet off the ground. We opened and cleaned the windows and one of the seals broke when we opened it. They replaced a window in the basement that was supposed to be an egress window and we didn't discover this until inspection. The windows are great but at $83k I expect a little more quality.

Tommy Adamcik 3 was so helpful with my parents and was so friendly and welcoming in our home! He’s amazing at his job! I highly recommend asking for him if you need service getting new widows! Great personality! Awesome hair! Very cordial and warm with helping you out and so knowable! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

The windows themselves are decent, but homeowners should be prepared for extremely high-pressure sales tactics once the salesperson is in your home. This was also the most expensive company in the area by far. Constant pressure to make a decision THAT DAY. Pay attention to how many times they repeat things like, “Let’s make this happen today.” It’s clearly a tactic designed to wear you down and get you to agree to something before you’ve had time to think it through. If you don’t sign, expect follow-up calls the very next day and attempts to come back out and “rework” the deal. Suddenly the price drops dramatically — even offering things like “75% off” — which makes you question how inflated the original pricing was to begin with. I’d strongly recommend homeowners take their time, get multiple quotes, and don’t let themselves be pressured into making a same-day financial decision.

We contacted Renewal by Anderson this morning and by 6 pm, we had a design consultant at our home. Ron Beimel was very helpful and knowledgeable. We look forward to having our new window installed soon. Thank you Ron for spending time with us and explaining all of the details.
