Everyone, sales person, concierge, and installers, were tremendously knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and kind. My new doors are amazing. I highly recommend the fern print glass exterior door for heat/cold resistance, letting in light, and maintaining privacy.

I went with Anderson as a good, American business. The advertisements and the agent told us that they, Anderson, does it all. They produce the windows, their employees install the windows and the handle the financing and permits. That is not true. After paying a lot for these guarantees, the team came out to install the windows. One of the 4 spoke English and they were not employees of Anderson, they were contractors, trained somewhat by Anderson, they actually did a very good job in the installation process, happy with that, but they are not Anderson people. I started getting emails from a "PowerPay" agency, did not know who they were and after 3 emails, I called. The first call was answered by a barely English speaking individual from Honduras. I called back later and talked to someone in the Philippines. The third time I called, talked to a young lady back in Honduras but I could understand her. I found out this is a third Party contract of Anderson for the financing payment of the windows. Anderson does not handle our money/payment, this other agency does. Then got call from a agency call "Permitflow". Did not know who this was. Again, called and got individuals overseas, Dominican Republic, Philippines and Honduras. Finally got email from them and I was expected to contact my County and schedule a permit inspection myself. I told them I would not, that was not part of the initial sales pitch and that I would not. After 2 more calls, they agreed to set that up, they did and the inspector came out, 2 weeks after the installation. This "Permitflow" wanted me to get a copy of the permit, I would not and they did. This was another "third Party" agency, contracted by Anderson, to handle the permit operation. The only thing that Anderson did as Anderson was to sell me the products. ALL other parts of the whole operation was not thru Anderson but third party hires. Very disappointed for the money that we spent for a "One-Stop" shop operation so if we have issues with the installation, financing, permits and whatever down the road, Anderson ain't my POC, someone overseas is and I consider this as false advertising and a complete misuse of their commitment to their customers. I will complete the process but extremely disappointed with the entire operation.

Let say right up front. and get it out of the way. VERY EXPENSIVE. This was a whole house replacement. But financing process was quick and easy. Ok that said. I was hugely impressed with whole process. From start to finish all involved were professional, friendly., courteous and helpful. Took time to explain what was being done and why. Shout out to Adrian and his installers what an AWESOME JOB they did!!! On time, positive attitudes, friendly, professional. From making sure all our furniture was covered up , to doing ALL the clean up in the end. From first window to last making sure all were done right and to my satisfaction. KUDO TO ALL! Can't review warranty process because I haven't had any issues yet. Can't fully review loan company because we haven't started making regular payments to them yet

Overall the process was so simple and quick. The install team that came was so professional and quick.
