EDIT: Received a response to this review asking for my details so they can look into it. I sent an email the next day Feb 13th with the info and I haven't heard anything back, it's been two days shy of four weeks. Just another tactic to make it seem like they care. Multiple attempts at fixing things, multiple incorrect products sent out (bad quality control), etc. We replaced 5 double hung windows, patio double doors, and front entry door with storm door. Here's a list of all the issues we've ran into. -The installer for the second lock made an extremely weird comment that he'd be worried about letting people into his house in case they'd want to butcher his wife. They were talking about rearing chickens, that was it. (THIS WAS WHILE IT WAS ONLY HIM AND MY WIFE AT THE HOUSE) -Installers damaged siding as well as some of the drywall inside next to one of the windows (never told us, we found them ourselves) -Storm door was wrong (second storm door delivered a few months later was also not the one we ordered, third time was the correct one) -Front door didn't have a lock with a key on it (second lock was the wrong color but at least had a key so I could unlock from the outside, third time was the correct one) -Patio door had extremely large gaps in the trim and did not have any caulking (got that solved about three visits later) and the patio door leaks cold air into the house drastically (we added additional weatherstrip ourselves to help) -Window trim on a few of the windows had been damaged and the paint removed in spots (they touched it up with paint, one window sash was actually fully replaced) Overall, with the amount of money spent on this project and the amount of times it took to get things resolved, I will never use Renewal By Andersen again. I'll find someone else for the remaining 5 windows.

Very courteous work crew and crew leader. They had a methodology that has been tested and proven to result in fine workmanship. We are very pleased. Luis Quiroz is the crew leader. All our windows and a patio door were replaced.

Excellent team! Did superb work in a very professional manner. Carlos, the team leader was most cooperative and very knowledgeable and skilled with his work. I highly recommend this team!
