Complete and utter lack of communication. I was told that they’d be here first thing in the morning. I took the day off work to be home for the project to finish. It’s now 5pm and I’ve made 3 attempts to call and find an eta of when they would arrive. Every time they tell me someone will call and update me and I have received no phone calls or texts. They just say they will “escalate it.” Nothings been done, nothing has been escalated. I’m just waiting with a hole in my wall waiting for them to come install a door I paid a lot of money for.

They were very polite, did the job, very helpful and my dog wanted to go home with them!!! Wish all the vendors were as professional and pleasant as these two young men!

Orlando and Damian coordinated their arrival time with me and they were very professional and thorough in their approach. They provided a temporary repair for my custom patio door and made arrangements to return in the near future to do a permanent repair. I highly recommend Anderson and their technical team.

Tony and his brother were very professional, courteous and efficient when installing our windows and door. Everyone from Renewal by Anderson were knowledgeable about their product and we are very pleased with our decision.

The techs were on time, very courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. They also called about 20 minutes before arrival saying they were on the way.

We had an issue with our new RbA french doors where the door lock worked too hard. We contacted RbA and they sent a technician to check it out. Sergio was very personable and very knowledgeable. He made a few adjustments to the locking mechanism and door alignment that completely corrected our issue. We are very pleased with our RbA doors and windows and their great service after the sale!
