Nightmare experience. Locked out due to malfunctioning locks on their doors multiple times. Nothing but problems. Unhelpful at all. If we.have to call the emergency number multiple times because the doors won't lock or unlock, that's a problem. Overpriced and not at all worth it. A complete nightmare from start to finish.

Jose was very personable. Thorough with his inspection making sure we received everything we were guaranteed. He put in an order for them to touch up some sheet rock above one window, a fine example seamless installation by process. 4 because no one gets 5 lol

Update, secind phase completed ! Very happy with service. Installer Mario was so great we requested him for this phase. This install required some modifications of opening which he completed ..very professional. Quality windows installed by Mario. Mario and his assistant were fantastic.they were very careful about protecting our wood floors. He was meticulous in the need to remove and replace some tile at my kitchen window. We will request Mario for our install of 4 more windows next year.

I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen if you are contemplating new windows. I did research different companies and chose Renewal because the product is built in house by Renewal and all the people who work on the installation are employees of Renewal. First, Josh, the salesman, new the product inside and out and explained every step in detail. He also helped me with financing options which was great. The first team that came to install windows was Jonathan and his guys. They installed 4 out of 5 of my windows. They were polite and very knowledgeable about the installation process. They worked very efficiently. They did a great job and cleaned up after the windows were installed, and they cleaned the windows as well. They were unable to install my fifth window because they found I had some dry rot in my wall and since I have a condominium I had to investigate if I was to have it repaired or the HOA. After having the wall repaired, Sebastian and his team came to install the fifth window which was the largest of all the windows. They were very kind and efficient They covered the floors and stairs where they were working, as did the first team did. After installation they cleaned up and because the windows were a little bigger than my previous windows I was going to need some dry wall work. So then I had Yarol and Robert come to do the sheet rock work. They too were very kind and efficient and did an excellent job with the sheetrock repair. I cannot say enough good things about the teams of workers who came to install my windows and fix my sheetrock. They all did EXCELLENT work, and they were all employees of Renewal by Andersen, no sub-contractors. Carson, also an employee by Renewal by Andersen, came and inspected the work after it was completed and then the County Inspector, Austin, came and inspected the work and gave the project an A+. Thank You to all of the men who helped me and the ladies on the phones. This was a great experience and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN if you are considering getting new windows.
