Adam Reeves came by our house to troubleshoot water intrusion in a window and a slider. He was very personable and easy to speak with. He arranged for workers to come and “fix” the problem. When they came they were extremely attentive and diligent about resolving the issue. Ultimately as it turned out, the problem is that our roof has a leak. The quality of the work done by RBA is outstanding and we’re very pleased with them.

If I could give more stars I would. Had I known of Renewal by Anderson I never would have used Milgard, Pella or any other window/door installer. Working with Anderson was a great experience. Patrick Carlson and Vince Lopez came out and did an excellent job of installing the front door of our central coast residence. They were very very efficient and thorough, from their arrival to departure. Patrick was very explanatory of everything they had done and showed me through performance and product that this investment was well worth it. I just can’t say enough how beautiful the end results are. Solid, high quality, and the expertise put into the install is a 10/10. These guys, and the company actually impressed me, unlike the several installers we have had in the past with this and other homes. I am very happy with the finished product and very glad I (finally!) chose to work with Renewal by Anderson . Thank you guys

Mike P. was here today for some warranty work. He is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the necessary repairs to one window and the adjustment necessary to the second window. Everything works great and he was finished in no time at all.

My window installation was the end of October and I couldn’t be happier. The windows are absolutely beautiful and really enhance the look of my house indoors and out. From the initial consultation to the install date communication was spot on. Jose was the lead installer and he was very good about communicating when they were arriving and length of install. When they were done every thing was cleaned up like they had never been there. I highly recommend Renewal by Anderson if you are looking to replace your windows.

The installation was done professionally and with full transparency of how it was to be installed. The installers were Vince, Jeff and Danny. The product is dynamic the sound reduction was immediately recognized. Installers cleaned up after themselves and moved all trash from the area that they had created. Thank you for their service
