We replaced two sliding glass doors with two Renewal by Andersen sliding glass doors. The process from consultation, to ordering to install was very smooth with no surprises! Our install team, William, Brian and Jeff were awesome! Great craftsman, made a couple on the spot adjustments that turned out beautiful and left everything clean and ready to go when they finished.

Absolutely beautiful! Top notch, professional service from start to finish. The salesman came out showed us our options and we found something that we really liked. We decided to move forward. Everything was handled right there, we knew our price and our expectations were explained. We scheduled an appointment for a project manager to come out and take exact measurements about a week later. Then our custom door went into production. The ladies in the office, in particular Blanca, stayed in contact with us letting us know the progress. About a month in advance we received our installation date. The professionals in the office sent us text reminders and everything leading up to installation. On the morning of our install, I was contacted by William, who gave me an approximation of what time they would be here. Our appointment window had been set for between. 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. William called to let me know that they would be here by about 9:30 AM and they arrived right on time. My two installers were William and Brian. They were both professional and courteous, and did an amazing job installing my door. I know if the time comes that I want to replace another door or my windows, I know exactly who to call!

Adam Reeves came by our house to troubleshoot water intrusion in a window and a slider. He was very personable and easy to speak with. He arranged for workers to come and “fix” the problem. When they came they were extremely attentive and diligent about resolving the issue. Ultimately as it turned out, the problem is that our roof has a leak. The quality of the work done by RBA is outstanding and we’re very pleased with them.

Adam Reeves our Install Program Manager did a great job at finalizing the scope our windows replacement project. He verified all the windows to ensure we are ordering the correct windows.

Mike P. was here today for some warranty work. He is pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He made the necessary repairs to one window and the adjustment necessary to the second window. Everything works great and he was finished in no time at all.

My window installation was the end of October and I couldn’t be happier. The windows are absolutely beautiful and really enhance the look of my house indoors and out. From the initial consultation to the install date communication was spot on. Jose was the lead installer and he was very good about communicating when they were arriving and length of install.
