Renewal by Andersen quoted us a staggering $20,000 for a single front door replacement. They then 'generously' offered a $2,000 discount, bringing the total down to $18,000. It is completely absurd that they treat these exorbitant prices as a normal, logical business practice. I am leaving this review as a warning to other homeowners: *you do not have to pay this.* Please do not fall for these tactics. There are high-quality, local options available that do just as good of a job for a third of the price

While our Renewal by Andersen sales representative was kind, the company's pricing structure is an absolute joke. We received a quote of $20,000 just for a standard front door replacement. It is completely incomprehensible that a company attempts to charge this much and expects consumers to think it is normal... it's not. I highly recommend shopping around, because this was a massive rip-off!

When we did the initial meet to see if we were interested in purchasing a window, we had nothing but a wonderful experience. The problem has come with the installation, we ordered a bay window and when they came to install it the main window was 3 inches too big. The installation team also destroyed my flower bed under the window when I specifically told the lady in the phone that I had a beautiful flower bed and not for the men to trample it. Then I had to wait an additional two ish weeks to get the middle window installed. When I looked it, it was still not finished. I am so disappointed, all I wanted was a window to put my plants in and to have a view from my living room.

We reached out to Renewal by Anderson because of a New Year promotion they had going this year. Anderson windows reputation is well known and their pricing was very reasonable. Great experience with their rep who came out and did the estimate. We chose not to have the project done until warmer weather. Just had Brian and his crew out to replace 4 windows last Wednesday June 3rd. They showed up on time(8:00-8:30am) and by 3:30pm the project was completed. All areas of “construction” were cleaned up completely including the outside. Any and all nails, screws, etc were picked up and our front porch swept and vacuumed before they left! They even cleaned the new windows!!! Super happy with Renewal by Anderson and would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Kaleb was amazing to work with! Super helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure. We had excessive water damage and he added expertise in a unique situation. Install is a little far out but I know the quality will be worth it. I would highly recommend you guys!

Best window replacement company in the cedar valley! Friendly staff, awesome flexibility, and very affordable! This should be at the top of anyone's list when looking to replace their windows!

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and was easy to contact with questions. There were a few hiccups with installation, but they did get those things fixed. The windows look great, but we're disappointed that so many bugs can crawl around the seal of the windows so easily. We live in the country and have a lot of box elder bugs, stink bugs, and asian beetles in the fall. They have found a nice warm home around the new windows, so I have to vacuum until it gets too cold and the bugs die. We were really hoping that, for the cost of these windows, the seals would be tighter.
