Alex and his two helpers were friendly and professional. They carefully covered the furniture in the room with plastic and rolled our area rugs out of the way of foot traffic. The door installation was difficult due to our location on the 4th floor of a condo and the massive size of the two door frame, but with thought and planning they were able to get it to our condo for installation. Alex even pointed out a minor defect in the locking mechanism and informed the office to schedule a repair. We paid top dollar for a quality product and a professional installation. I am very satisfied with both. I highly recommend this company.
