The region 85 crew were hard working, efficient, friendly, communicative, and instructive about their products. JR and his crew had a challenging installation. Our original Pella windows are 50 years old and there was water damage in need of repair prior to installation. Many extra hours were needed to create a clean install. I would call and ask for region 85 if I were you. The best part? JR. gave my wife and I useful tips and tricks on the correct technique to open, lock, and clean our new Anderson windows. This was extremely helpful to get some training from our installer.

Michael did an great job giving all of our windows a "tune-up" and replacing several failed balancers. He is clearly a Renewal By Andersen technical expert.
