Midna and his crew did an excellent job. The patio doors look great and slides very well. They were very professional.

Spartak came fix the bad caulking job that another installer did and he also reinstalled the bad door panel. He was patient and fixed the bad caulking!

We had two windows in the master bath, two windows in the basement, a casement window also in the basement and the basement sliding door (walkout) replaced. There were two technicians who arrived on time to complete the work, the lead Curtis Morningstar and Chris Pamplin. They were both very professional and friendly. We were very happy with the quality of their work. They were very respectful of our home and property, removing their shoes when entering the house. They were very helpful in demonstrating the operation of the sliding doors and lock. They also showed us how to open the windows for cleaning and screen removal. We plan on replacing more windows, and our front door soon. We would like Renewal by Anderson to do this, and prefer to have Curtis and Chris involved with the work. I would also recommend Renewal by Anderson to friends, family and neighbors.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. This company makes big promises about their products and their products and services are mid. A door costing me over $10,000 has caulking dripping out of the window frame. A door knob costing me almost $500, $483 to be exact, and they couldn’t even locate it to install it. And the worst part about it all, the reason I’m making this review in the first place, after they couldn’t locate the door knob to install on my door, after two attempts, they reluctantly agreed to a refund that never arrived! That was two months ago. However, they made sure they collected that money from the finance company that I signed with. They hounded me about signing a certificate of completion on a project that wasn’t completed. Once they get the money they are done with you. I remember when my design consultant first came to my home (Cassandra Bates) she told me she was gonna be with me through the whole process every step of the way, guaranteed...Ask me if I’ve heard from her since I signed the paperwork. Do not fall for the bells and whistles, they are a glorified contracting company with mid products. *Photos include the sloppy caulking and $70 Amazon door knob we added when the $483 RBA door knob wasn’t installed.*

The Rivera Crew were the most professional team I’ve ever seen descend upon a job and complete it in the time allotted with no complaints from us… They were organized, and very thoughtful about taking care of our property and floors, inside and out… I am awed with the workmanship, I can’t tell that entire window frames and windows were removed and replaced with no sign of doing so. When they ran into an unexpected challenge due to my particular house construction, they quickly assessed the changes necessary, sent for new materials and adapted their program accordingly… amazing, simply amazing… The entire crew working tirelessly to get everything done in the two days allotted… The final walk through was thorough and all the window settings and caulking was perfect. Today we had our front door and two rear French doors replaced. The installers did an amazing job. All the work looks amazing and they took great care of our house. I would highly recommend them if you need your doors replaced.

Two day job, 15 multi-sized windows replaced. Anatoli and crew were awesome. Great care was taken to protect the property inside and out. If we had questions or concerns they were promptly addressed. RBA replaced several windows for us 4 years ago and we knew we wanted their services again, although prices nearly doubled since 2022. Still, we are quite content with this installation, especially the look and quietness. Thanks goes out to Geoff, our sales person on both of our window replacement projects too!
