I had an installation about a week ago The delivery driver name was Mr Ferguson according to reciept, I’m not sure why, but when he showed up to meet the installers with the supplies, the whole work truck reeked of Marijuana and there was also another female in the vehicle that was not in Renewal uniform , actively smoking a cigarette . I’m not sure if that meets company standards but I feel that they should be looked into as the installers did do a great job installing ,the delivery driver was not very professional at all. I don’t feel safe with people like that and non employees showing up to my home where I lay my head, Please do thorough background checks on these people .

Did a great job replacing door handle on storm door. Made sure I understood how it worked and ensured I was happy with the result.

The crew replaced both the front door and the back French doors. They were fast, efficient and informative. The showed me minor issues they were working to manage and did a wonderful job! The whole process was 10/10!

Sliders look good. The installers did a great job. I got the white oak on the inside. Its unfinished!! You would think for the price you pay for these doors, you would think you could get them stained. To me it's like buying a new car without paint!!
