The guys came in early and installed 7 windows in a short period of time. They cleaned up the areas and walked me through how to operate the windows. They were professional and did a fantastic job!

DO NOT pay thousands of dollars for their doors. I promise it is not worth it. They must use the lowest quality products because not even 1 year in and the seal around my door is basically shredded just from opening and closing the door on a normal basis and my screen is detaching from the base almost like it wasn’t woven in correctly. Just from ice this winter we have a hole in the trim around the door. I also have chips in the door when we take great care of it. A well built door should not damage this easily and shouldn’t be unraveling in several places. My previous patio door had almost no issue other than heavy and locks were failing and was from the original house (1978). When I contacted Andersen they quoted me $700 to fix my NOT EVEN 1 year old patio door with a so called warranty that I paid $7k all in for. Photos attached for evidence

Overall, the gliding doors are very nice. However, we were assigned a concierge which we haven’t heard anything from, they did several sets of “precise”measurements for my new storm door (including a FaceTime with an engineer), and still mis-measured. They ended up going to install it after waiting for nearly 2 months, just to say it didn’t fit and they have to remake it. They then had me sign a certificate of completion, even though they acknowledged that they didn’t complete everything (the storm door). So I have to pay for it every though it was never installed. They have failed to attempt to remedy this mistake even though I followed up via email and asked them directly over the phone, and they are making us wait another week just to re-measure. No apology, no remedy, and blatantly ignoring my request to talk about this further - rushing me off the phone this morning when they just called to say they have to re-measure and re-order.
