We were amazed by the friendliness and knowledge from the start. Renewal doesn't just replace windows they make suggestions along the way that we didn't think of so by the time we signed off we couldn't wait to get our windows and deck door installed. They offer bundles so you dont have to replace all your windows at once. Jamie the sales rep came by and explained in detail the process, showed us samples so we can see what the end product will look like and what material they use, which is not a standard material. Mike Page of Lake Country B.C. the installation manager came by to do the measurements because the windows are not standard but re made to fit the space which means they do not cut into the house. He went over our order in detail which allowed us to make a few changes to get us even more excited about our windows. Mike assured us that he will be available during the install if we have any concerns.

We are in Prince George, our installation manager was Terry Lyons. Terry arrived for our appointment on time and was very thorough with his explanations on the installation process. He was very careful and precise when doing his measurements to make sure everything was as accurate as possible. Terry was also very polite and kind when explaining the installation process; how it would go and how long it would take. We are very satisfied with his service and thank him for his time.

We recently had a quote done with Dillon.Great customer service, friendly and gets things done in timely manner in Prince George. We decided to go with replacing a few windows and terry came with final measurements within 2 days so we could get the order rolling. Both were great to deal with and made sure we understood everything about the windows being installed. I highly recommend

Please stop disguising junk mail flyers as real mail. There is no “important notice enclosed”! It’s just junk! Stop! EDIT: I see the business owner has responded. I want to emphasize that I expect junk mail and understand it’s unavoidable, but at least it is easily recognizable for disposable. This is purposefully disguised as real mail, a deceptive, dark practice. Do you have any idea how well this deceptive practice works on the elderly? I suspect you do, and that’s why you follow this dark pattern.
