Window & Door Replacement in Vancouver, BC

As returning customers of Renewal we reached out for quotes to switch out 2 sliding door openings into a 2nd Bay window and a picture window. We love our Renewal windows and doors and wanted to maintain the same quality for this new project. We have been fortunate, over the years, in having great interactions with various Renewal staff and it was no different this time when Shane Evans, the Design Consultant, came to our home in North Van. He was really nice, making us feel comfortable and listened to what we wanted done. Gave us helpful pointers on how to achieve them and the kind of products that will work towards that goal. Shane did a quote after that and took the time to have it checked/verified within Renewal departments to ensure accuracy for dimensions, the products to use and checking the costs. We signed the contract right there and then. The trust was there. With future referrals to Renewal I'm now telling others to ask for Shane Evans by name. I'm confident they'll be happy with him, like we were. Thanks Renewal.

We live in Ashcroft BC. We had a door to door salesman knock on our front door. We were not home but all our cameras recorded him. Came into our property through our front gate. But when he got no answer, rather than leaving through the front gate, he walked down the steps to our side yard and then to the fenced back yard and somehow exited our property at the back where cameras could not see him. This is, in my books, unauthorized trespassing and completely unprofessional. This company should train their sales people on decorum and mannerisms.

Thanks to the RBA team for a great outcome on our window replacement. From the consultation with Michelle to the surgical installation by Alex and Paulo, the old leaking plastic privacy blocks are out and the new windows are in, and will be enjoyed for many years to come.

The Renewal by Andersen of BC team are absolutely gems! From my first consultation, to preparing me for the installation, then following-up afterwards, every step of the way has been wonderful. They are such an organized team, and the customer service is absolutely stellar. My project coordinator, Jessica, is amazing - so very kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. On the installation day when Dustin dropped by to see how it was going, he brought me lozenges and NyQuil because Jessica had let him know I was sick. You can't beat that level of customer service! The installation team were very nice and polite and did a great job. I had 3 windows and a sliding door installed. They all look and function beautifully. They open and close so smoothly. I have more windows that need to be done (had to wait a little to save up for them!), and I know me and my home will be well taken care of. I highly, highly recommended them!!

They convinced my friends nine year-old parents that live in a small trailer. They didn’t have enough money when they told them that the two patio doors were gonna be $10,000 each. They said oh we can finance them over a number of years who’s going to sell 90 year-old people $20,000 worth of sliding glass doors to go into a small trailer and have the audacity to say oh that’s OK we can finance you lure them in with 0% for six months and then make payments for the next five or six years or longer. They took advantage of these people. This company is a rip off. I would not trust them with anything most people at 90 years old. They’re gonna be dead before the payment can even be made scammers
