Great experience from start to finish! We have a very old house which presents additional problems and challenges for any type of home improvements. The Anderson folks were great! They double and triple checked everything before the installation began. The installers were not only very nice and professional, they assisted us greatly in doing things that were above and beyond a ‘ normal’ installation process. The windows look great and the construction of them seems excellent.

Everything was done extremely well and went very smoothly. Could not recommend more highly. They deserve more stars. Many thanks to installation crew, and especially lead.

Had a salesperson come out to give us some info and estimates for a new door. When he realized we weren't willing to sign over $15,000 on the spot and wanted to take more time to think about things he immediately became rude and belligerent before making rude comments about our (perceived) financial situation and leaving. We fully intended to start with the door and also(in the medium team) look at replacing other windows too. The whole experience was very unpleasant and made us look at other companies(with less aggressive salespeople) to complete the work instead.

I recently had Renewal by Andersen scheduled to replace all the windows in my home. They were supposed to be there for 5 days. However, after a couple days on the job the team noticed I had significant wood rot in several of my window frames. They allowed me to update my service to replace the frames, which extended the length of the job, but the team completed happily, despite needing to redo some of the previously completed work. The extra time brought them an extra day and they were flexible with my schedule (I had to leave them to finish on their own due to my job) and respectful of my property, leaving the area clean upon leaving. I particularly loved how they suggested the use of a different color caulking to better blend the new window frames in with my house color. When I noticed some VERY small staple holes one of the guys came back on Sunday to patch them up, inspecting every window to ensure I was satisfied. Julio (foreman) and Ramon (lead) were helpful, friendly, and bent over backward to make sure I was pleased with the result. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? A million times over.
