We purchased an Andersen window from Andersen of Boise. We would have purchased a 2nd window but these windows are not inexpensive, we're very happy with the window we purchased to replace an existing Andersen window that was 26 years old, and was no longer insulated from the outside weather here in the mountains of Idaho. The installation was scheduled well in advance, which was perfect because we prepared for it, and rearranged our room for the installation. Our installers-- Jim D and Derick L -- were professional, experienced, polite, and very much exhibited a "can do" enthusiasm. The install took a day and a half, which was anticipated. They worked hard. Andersen windows are heavy and high quality. There was a bit of a glitch at the start. The factory incorrectly designed the "opening" window on the left instead of the right. Jim spotted the problem, consulted with management, and was able to make the switch. We appreciated Jim's honesty about the design glitch, and his detailed explanation how the error was correctable. We are very happy with our new window. Thank you to Boise Andersen, their staff, and especially our installers --- everyone went the extra mile to make our purchase an enjoyable experience. -- George Bevan Jr

Colton L, Stephen A, B Buckner, Mike C, Jake T, Garrett L, were our installers for 25 windows in our house. They showed up when they said they would, immediately started protecting floors, furniture, plants and shrubs. All work was done over tarps, with very minimal debris off tarps. Every step of the installation process was explained to my satisfaction, upon completion we did a walkthrough with Colton, he thoroughly explained operations of the windows, cautions when cleaning and what cleaners to avoid. This was a major investment in our home, and we look forward to enjoying these windows for years to come. Jack H.

Jessa Cook did a phenomenal job making things simple to understand, and representing the brand well. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that was working alongside her. Both of them did a great job! This company does great work, and their people are delightful to talk to.

We are very pleased with our experience with Renewal By Anderson. Our installer , Bill Sevey , did an excellent job. Bill arrived every morning on time, he was professional, friendly, answered all our questions, and cleaned everything up by the end of the evening. He had respect for our home and our property, and he was very pleasant to work with. Our windows look beautiful and we are very happy to have the Renewal by Anderson Windows. Thank you, Bill for doing such a wonderful job!

Jason and Steve were both phenomenal to work with. Steve came out and gave an initial bid. Jason followed up for more accurate measurements. We had put new blinds in 6 months ago and Jason came up with a solution to allow us to keep our blinds and still get new windows. Jason was hard working and didn’t leave until his work was finished (this was around 7:30 pm). He was very courteous and knowledgeable about Anderson windows. We can’t wait to see how they turn out. Jim D. and Derick L. were very thorough in locating the actual problem with my windows and had it fixed and working great in less than 1/2 an hour. I can now also clean them correctly!

This was a very large job - replacement of 33 windows and 3 exterior doors in our home. The lead crew Brian Benson, Garrett Lampman, & Drake Buckley, along with additional installers Jim Davison, Isaac Alenter, Derick Lloyd, Grant Arment, Garrett Thorpe, Austin Miller, Stephen Avey, Miguel Chavez, & Jake Terashenko did an exceptional job. 3 1/2 days starting at 8:30 AM and finishing up at 3:30 PM, they completed their work professionally, cleaned up the premises daily, were courteous, respectful, and attentive to all of my concerns. The crew lead Brian walked me through every aspect of the removal & installation, as well as being flexible about my wishes for the aesthetic appearance of the final product. I highly recommend this company and this installation crew if you’re considering window or door replacement for your home. I am very pleased, satisfied, and impressed!
