Had windows installed in my living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The living room window included transforming an old back door exit to a matching window on the other side of the fireplace. From the initial consult to the install and clean up I received top notch service and communication! This is my second experience with Renewal and I know I will be using them when I replace the downstairs windows! Great people! Great job!

From the first day, the sales guy was very nice, gave lots of information and even did an experiment that really sold me. Then the following days, they kept me informed about the timing and got it all done before timing. They are only one call away to fix any problems. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Jose introduced himself and then told me what he came to do. He put in 2 missing screws that were sent for the kitchen to garage door, but we had trouble installing. Then he replaced the mechanism and adjusted the livingroon door and screen. They work so much easier now. I am overall impressed with Renewal's service.

I love my new windows. From the beginning when the first person came out and explained the process until the end of replacing the windows I will give a A plus. The staff was great and also the communication .

Justin came out and repaired my patio door. It was not closing properly. I was pleased he spent time getting it just right and I was pleased with the time he worked on it and got it working smoothly. I couldn’t get it open without difficulty and now it is working great. He came out the day after Christmas. He was polite and did a great job. Thank you!
