Patrick did a FANTASTIC JOB of evaluating my repair issue. He adjusted the door plates as far as they would move. He removed the hardware to explore further adjustment room and found a backing plate was not allowing further movement. He took fotos reported the problems and will return with replacement parts. He was PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!! Would welcome him back again!!

We recently hired Renewal by Andersen to replace all of the windows and doors in our home, a major investment and a project we expected would be handled with a high level of professionalism. While the windows and doors themselves appear to be good quality, the installation experience has been disappointing. Throughout the project, there were multiple issues that should not have occurred. I repeatedly pointed out that one window was not lining up properly, but my concerns were not addressed until it ultimately had to be reordered. Most recently, we were informed that a door was installed in the wrong location and will need to be removed and replaced, creating additional disruption to our home. We also experienced a lack of respect for our home during the installation process. Despite repeated requests that shoe covers be worn inside, several crew members entered without them and tracked dirt through the house, including our children’s bedrooms. In addition, the installation trailer was parked in a location on our driveway that prevented us from accessing the upper portion of the driveway. When we raised concerns and asked whether it could be moved, we were told it would remain where it was. For a project of this size and cost, we expected better communication, greater attention to detail, and more consideration for our family’s daily life during the installation. While the products themselves seem well made, the number of installation errors and customer-service frustrations has left us far less impressed than we anticipated.
