Trusted the guys to lock the doors and turn off the basement light. Thankfully I came to check on the house since it took three full days to replace the windows. The door wasn’t closed, it was half way open, lock box wasn’t even secured and lock, Some trim pieces outside are just not flushed and was hoping it is seal nicely, but for how the windows are they’re ok, for the work I believe it is over paid. Note I live in the twin city and after work I decided to pay my Albert Lea house a visit and I came back to front door not lock and secure, basement light on and most importantly my lock box that is secure to the house wasn’t lock and passcode shown. Obviously I had to change the code due to what I witnessed. If I knew 25k bought me this I would’ve went with someone else. Windows are decent, but the work is done and I feel like 25k for this is just a bit overpriced. I don’t mind them not taking their finished silicone and my old rails away, but I am done with this company.

This was a GREAT overall experience from start to finish. Everyone that we came in contact with every step of the way was fantastic! Jonny has been so easy to work with and a good resource. He helped get this whole process started and he answers or helps find the answer to any and all questions that he was asked. Augustus and Zach, the window installers, were respectful and efficient in getting the old windows out and the new ones in. They cleaned up after doing their work every single time and did not leave a mess anywhere inside or outside of your house. I can not say enough good things about this entire team that we worked with. I would recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone and everyone who are looking or needing to replace windows. They make you feel comfortable and welcome any and all questions you may have throughout this whole process. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows and for choosing Renewal by Anderson!!

Nobody checked back in on us after the patio door was installed Customer service is not good No follow up with us

We bought a new patio door from you. The salesman promised that we would be able to open it with one finger. We can barely open with two hands. One of the installers said it would loosen up with time, it hasn't.

1 star, they still have people going door to door at 6-7pm. If I have someone knocking on my door there is a 100% chance I will never use you
