They sent one semi experienced installer and one very inexperienced installer, who made several mistakes. They installed a new sliding glass door and left a gap large enough to sticky my big toe in to. It was installed in July and now it's August and it's still not corrected. The door is hard to open, which was the reason we decided to replace the old door. We thought going with a name like Anderson would be better, it's not, especially considering how much they cost!!

We were very impressed with the professionalism and conscientiousness of the workers. Very detailed oriented and considerate of our home while working. They did an amazing job explaining how the windows work. Bryan Rear is awesome! Also need to compliment his coworkers an along with Chad Karr who was the salesman for the company. Throughout the entire project the communication was excellent. We look forward to having them come back next year to replace the windows we have left.

Everyone on the Andersen teams was polite, down to earth, and able to communicate with easily. We had an issue with the first sales consultation. The date was set but had to be cancelled due to weather so it was rescheduled. A few days later I was contacted about rescheduling our appointment due to the cancellation. They did not show that we had already rescheduled. Also, when contacted by Andersen about the progress of the project they had the incorrect team members name that we had dealt with previously. For instance, Alex was coming out for the consultation but couldn't so Chad came out instead. Andersen called me a few days after the consultation and asked how our consultation went with Felicia. Andersen called me about 4 total times during our project, and the team member names were incorrect each time. Installation went okay. 2 of our 8 windows were measured and made incorrectly so it took the installing team much longer to make them work.

Wow talk about horrible customer service. They also don’t know how to install windows. They have failed to correctly install our windows on two attempts. They keep playing dumb and keep pushing us off for a later date to correct their horrible install. Do not purchase anything from this company as it’s a nightmare to get them to complete a service that we paid for. STAY AWAY!!

We are very happy with the window and installation. The initial contact person who also us the window was been knowledgeable and polite. The two men who installed the window were very polite, and very clean in their work area. All who were associated with the purchase and installation were more than willing to answer our questions. We would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Trusted the guys to lock the doors and turn off the basement light. Thankfully I came to check on the house since it took three full days to replace the windows. The door wasn’t closed, it was half way open, lock box wasn’t even secured and lock, Some trim pieces outside are just not flushed and was hoping it is seal nicely, but for how the windows are they’re ok, for the work I believe it is over paid. Note I live in the twin city and after work I decided to pay my Albert Lea house a visit and I came back to front door not lock and secure, basement light on and most importantly my lock box that is secure to the house wasn’t lock and passcode shown. Obviously I had to change the code due to what I witnessed. If I knew 25k bought me this I would’ve went with someone else. Windows are decent, but the work is done and I feel like 25k for this is just a bit overpriced. I don’t mind them not taking their finished silicone and my old rails away, but I am done with this company.
