We bought a new patio door from you. The salesman promised that we would be able to open it with one finger. We can barely open with two hands. One of the installers said it would loosen up with time, it hasn't.

Thank you for the great job you did to replace our old, drafty windows! The salesman and crew were polite, professional and took the time to listen to any questions we had. I paid $7,000 for a sliding patio door from Andersen and have had nothing but problems with it from day 1. Water has been leaking in due to a manufacturing defect that I FOUND in the seals around the fixed piece of glass. It has been ruining my home with all of the water getting in and Renewal by Andersen doesn't seem to care. They were supposed to be submitting my door for a warranty claim and that was months ago and haven't heard anything! Followed up with emails multiple times looking for an update from Cody Yost and no response! Next step is taking them to court. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
