$3000/hr installation fee for 3 windows. Rip off.

You installed three $500 case windows plus minor trim for $11k. Thats $3000/hr installation charge per window for the 3hrs you took to install all of them. And you waived warranty bc house is shifting on permafrost/post and pad foundation. If you want to make it right refund me half of the $11k. Still expensive but more reasonable.

Where do I start….., in removing the old door they cut through my house wires. Lucky the installer wasn’t electrocuted. The damage was significant. Now everything delayed for them to get some electrician. After that debacle we realized that the door that was ordered, after careful consideration and input from them, wouldn’t fit because of a roof line. So a new door had to be ordered. We had a long and protracted debate with them just to get a very small discount. I would strongly suggest you get several estimates. They are very over priced and we knew that because we were counting on exceptional service. Eight months later we had a door that fit. Truly disappointing. The only positive - the doors are high quality.

He took the time to answer our questions, explain our options, and made us feel confident in the product and what we are looking for. Really appreciated how easy and pleasant he made the experience.
