Angel Taveras was the Senior design consultant that came out to my residence to tell me and show me what can be done for my window, windows door and sliding door. I was very happy with his service. My 3rd home installing an Andersen (RBA) door and each time had a great experience. My Alaska consultant, Daniel, was especially impressive in that he educated me as to why the Andersen doors I had installed in Utah were not the best for the harsher Alaska environment and directed me to a better Andersen choice. Like other Andersen consultants I’ve dealt with, Daniel was professional and knows his products. UPDATE - door was installed and Shane and his crew were as professional, friendly, detail-oriented, on-time as all my RBA contacts have been. I am already appreciating the new door in these "minus degree" Alaska temps.

We purchased Anderson windows and doors for our entire house. We appreciated how Dale Robinson demonstrated the qualities of the new windows and explained how they would improve our home. As part of the order process, Jake Fraser came out to do a thorough measurement of all our windows and doors. He also answered our questions so we know what to expect when our order arrives. We’re looking forward to the arrival and installation of our order.
