We have known that we needed new windows in our home for a few years. We were waiting until a time when it was right for us, and when it was, we called Andersen. Daniel Schulmire came to our home, and could not have been a more wonderful representative for his company. He was so knowledgeable, and well educated about the product, that he made our selection process a breeze. We are very excited about our new purchase, and cannot wait to have these beautiful windows in our home. Daniel is wonderful to work with, and was definitely a huge reason that we decided to go with this company. EDIT: now that our windows are installed, we could not be happier. Everything was done to perfection, Jacob, Charlie, Shane, Vernon, and Brandon were wonderful. I honestly have zero complaints about the whole process. It was really nice to feel so cared for by a company. EDIT: these are the worst windows I’ve ever had in my life. We made it through the winter with ice and water and wind inside of our home. Nobody ever answers my emails or requests for help. They sent out one person to put some black strips in and it did absolutely nothing. A sales person came by and said “I bet somebody got fired for this“ after he had seen my windows and the pictures and the videos. After that, I never heard from them again. I still haven’t.

Daniel Schulmire came to the Fairbanks area, and helped my family and I choose the perfect windows and doors we needed. His demeanor and personality made it easier to ask questions and make decisions that would benefit us for the next 20 years. We can't wait to work with him in the future for the rest of our windows and doors!

Daniel Schulmire came to the fairbanks area and so nice and he answered all of our questions and explained it in a way we didn't feel stupid about not understanding. He broke everything down and made sure we knew all our options we can't wait to work with him for our family's home (windows and doors) renovation.

Woo Hoo!!! Coming soon…12 new windows and a sliding door. I’ve never felt more supported and educated in a home improvement process than I have by choosing Renewal by Anderson. Their integrity in providing a high standard of service and product choices was greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!! UPDATE….
