Job Details

Responsibilities - Perform routine cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping common areas, offices, and hallways. - Deep clean restrooms, ensuring proper sanitation and presentation at all times. - Dust surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas regularly. - Take out trash across all designated areas throughout the building. - Restock break room supplies such as utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. - Wipe down counter tops, tables, and shared surfaces to maintain a tidy atmosphere. - Restock paper products and sanitary products in bathrooms, break room areas, and any ancillary dispensers. - Provide recommendations to improve facility operations, cleanliness standards, and overall efficiency. - Monitor facility conditions daily and report or address maintenance issues promptly. - Streamline building requests by organizing, tracking, and escalating maintenance or repair needs as appropriate. - Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications - Able to consistently work in solitude with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols. - Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Flexible with schedule. - Experience working in custodial work preferred but not required. - High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
