Field Marketing Coordinator Job Description The Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for generating quality leads, reinforcing overall brand identity, and managing representative staff for our Events, Retail and Field Marketing Programs. This individual is also responsible for recruitment and training team members. Responsibilities: Reports to Marketing Director Plan, execute and monitor our efforts, including: Scheduling & booking events/shows Obtaining agreements for our participation at retail locations Monitor and order materials and transportation necessary for events/shows and retail Responsible for coordination of event and retail displays Find new events/shows and retail locations Maintain and update events/show calendar Manage Non-Traditional Marketing Teams: Events, Retail, Field Agents Training new employees Update/develop new training materials Monitor and report on employee’s performance in the field Schedule employees’ hours Review, monitor and submit representative time sheets and expense reports Conduct regular evaluations of staff Ensure all leads are accurately entered into our CRM in a timely manner Keep up to date with best practices within the RbA network Communicate with events/show and retail partners to develop/maintain good relationships Maintain all records, contracts and agreements related to events/show and retail activities Other duties as required within this position's scope Qualifications: Great interpersonal skills and a team player, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, potential customers, and retail management Ability to manage a diverse team Ability to work independently Drive to succeed and meet goals Exceptionally effective communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details Proficient in computer usage and software applications, including MS Word and Excel Ability to motivate others to success High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to stand for a long time Ability to lift 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation Must have a flexible schedule
