As a Campus & Field Recruiting Coordinator for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines by engaging early career candidates and executing high impact field recruiting strategies.
Job Details
Responsibilities: Campus Recruiting - Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and student organizations at the local RbA Territory. - Attend on‑campus events such as career fairs, information sessions, classroom presentations, and networking events. Field Recruiting - Develop and execute recruiting strategies for field recruiting. - Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, community partnerships, and grassroots outreach. - Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and deliver candidate assessments to ensure strong role alignment. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs. Talent Pipeline & Branding - Research and sign up for job fairs or community job events. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Represent the company as a brand ambassador for recruitment efforts. - Work with Talent Marketing to implement recruiting campaigns that highlight company culture, career growth, and promote hiring events. Candidate Management - Phone Screen campus & field applicants - Schedule Interviews - Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Ensure compliance with hiring policies, equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and company standards. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, campus hiring, talent acquisition, or related roles. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. - Ability to travel for campus visits, field events, and hiring initiatives (typically 20–40%). - High level of organization, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.
