What You’ll Do Build & Scale a $30M+ Sales Engine Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of design consultants who thrive on exceeding goals in a hyper-growth environment. Own Training & Coaching Design onboarding and continuous-development programs that ramp new hires quickly and elevate mid-tier performers. Expect to spend significant time in the field—ride-alongs, live demos, observational coaching—with clear weekly targets for touchpoints. Lead with Data & Insight Track KPIs, interpret market trends, and pivot strategies in real time to capitalize on opportunity. You’ll coach the “middle 50 %” with individualized, data-driven plans that lift overall performance. Drive Cross-Functional Alignment Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless execution from lead to install, maintaining our white-glove customer promise. Who You Are Proven Builder: 5+ years leading outside or in-home sales teams of 10 + reps, with direct accountability for at least $30 million in annual revenue. Charismatic Coach: A motivational, field-present leader who communicates with clarity, earns trust quickly, and knows how to turn good sellers into great ones. Strategic Operator: Comfortable balancing entrepreneurial urgency with the discipline of established processes—ideal candidates have thrived in fast-growth divisions of larger organizations. Credentials: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; advanced coursework in leadership, sales management, or business development is a plus.
