Job Details

Responsibilities - Receive and review alerts for unsuccessful sales calls. - Proactively call potential clients to understand their concerns and objections. - Utilize persuasive communication techniques to rebuild interest and secure sales appointments. - Address any questions, provide additional details, and clarify misunderstandings about the product or service. - Work closely with the leadership team to ensure a seamless transition of leads. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM. - Meet or exceed performance targets for callbacks and appointment setting. - Continuously improve call strategies based on feedback and training. - Ensure adherence to all ISC Policy & Guidelines - Other job duties as assigned Qualifications - Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service role preferred. - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - Ability to handle objections and turn hesitations into opportunities. - Goal-driven with a resilient and positive attitude. - Proficiency in CRM and basic computer skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. - Must be able to organize and prioritize - Candidate should have a strong technical acumen - Ability to learn systems and processes quickly - Must be able to work within a team environment - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred - Minimum 1 year of call center experience - Working seated or moving around, inside office environment Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance   - Teammate Assistance Plan   - Tuition Reimbursement   - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay   - Paid Time Off   - Company Paid Holidays   - Paid Volunteer Time   - And more!  Pay $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
