THE ROLE: • Use RBA designed sales tools and processes to meet or exceed individual/team goals • Meet with prospective customers, mentor and train Marketers & quickly build trust and rapport • Continue to say on top of industry trends, competition, and RBA offerings QUALIFICATIONS: • 4+ years previous experience in the Event Marketing or other related fields and/or a bachelor’s degree • Participate, manage and plan internal team building activities including the relationships with non-profit organizations. • Strong focus on consultative selling and exceeding customer expectations • Ability to quickly build rapport with people of all levels and backgrounds • Highly motivated to deliver to clients with the best service experience each and every time • Winning attitude, ambition and drive • Strong written and verbal communications skills • Strong time management and follow up skills • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Schedule availability to conduct homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Ready for your next career opportunity with the best?
