Teammate Experience Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Coordinator to join our small, Executive-level team. You’ll help manage the digital tools, reports, and recurring processes that support our teammate programs.
Job Details
Responsibilities - Maintain digital trackers, calendars, forms, shared files, and program documentation, keeping information accurate and current. - Support recognition, gifting, events, awards, and other teammate programs through purchasing, ordering, submissions, fulfillment, and follow-up. - Prepare and update presentations, reports, survey results, attendance records, and other program materials. - Collaborate with teammates across the business in bringing various culture initiatives to life. Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word. - Canva experience preferred. - Experience working with data, spreadsheets, reports, shared files, forms, dashboards, and digital tracking systems. - Strong general technology skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly. - Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues when needed. - Previous experience in administrative support, coordination, reporting, customer service, or similar work.
