Job Details

This is a hands-on, business-facing role focused on the operation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our UKG Pro, Workforce Management (WFM), and related HR systems. We're looking for someone who brings more than technical knowledge. The right person understands how HR systems support the business, asks thoughtful questions, builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and takes ownership of solutions from identifying a problem through implementation and resolution. You'll work closely with our HRIS, HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits teams to troubleshoot complex issues, enhance system functionality, and identify opportunities to make our processes more effective. If you enjoy being an internal systems expert, having meaningful ownership of your work, and seeing the impact of your solutions, this could be a great opportunity. This hybrid position requires working from our Denver office three days per week. Responsibilities HRIS Operations & System Support - Serve as a key resource for complex HRIS issues, independently troubleshooting problems, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions. - Configure, maintain, test, and optimize UKG Pro, WFM, and related HR systems. - Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot errors, and work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues. - Provide operational support for HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes, including benefits enrollment, carrier files, and system updates. Business Partnership & Problem-Solving - Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities. - Gather requirements, evaluate potential solutions, and translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements. - Navigate competing priorities, ask thoughtful questions, and make recommendations that balance business needs with system capabilities. - Serve as a trusted resource for internal teams on system functionality, best practices, and process improvements. System Enhancements & Project Ownership - Take ownership of assigned HRIS enhancements and projects from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, implementation, and post-launch support. - Partner with the HRIS Manager to prioritize system improvements and deliver solutions that support business objectives. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support implementations, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. - Review UKG releases, assess potential impacts, and recommend opportunities to improve functionality. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement - Develop and maintain complex UKG reports and support business reporting needs. - Monitor HR data integrity, perform audits, and recommend corrective actions. - Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual processes. - Proactively recommend system and process improvements that enhance the teammate experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications - 3+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting enterprise HRIS platforms. - Demonstrated experience owning HRIS enhancements, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing system or process improvements. - Experience partnering directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions. - Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes and how they intersect with HR technology. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Intermediate Excel skills at a minimum, and experience developing reports and analyzing HR data. - Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical audiences. - Hands-on experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM. Experience with comparable enterprise HRIS platforms will also be considered. - Experience supporting HRIS operations and system enhancements within an organization. - Experience with benefits carrier integrations, payroll processes, and system implementations. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will be someone who: - Takes accountability for resolving issues rather than simply escalating them. - Understands the business problem before recommending a technical solution. - Can confidently work with stakeholders, ask challenging questions, and navigate differing priorities. - Balances day-to-day system support with longer-term enhancements and improvements. Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Teammate Assistance Plan - Tuition Reimbursement - 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay - Paid Time Off - Company Paid Holidays - Paid Volunteer Time - And more! Pay $95,000 annually. Empowered to be Extraordinary. We believe in our people. And that's why we empower you to develop a career path that supports your unique voice and talents.
