Perform service calls as directed by the Service Manager/Service Lead
Job Details
Responsibilities and Duties: · Review service folders prior to service · Ensure parts needed for services are available · Notify Service Manager of parts needed for inventory · Review service procedures with Service Manager regularly · Perform services as directed and following established procedures · Troubleshoot issues with customers and Service Manager · Record services performed on Service Request form · Take photos of services and/or problems · e-mail all service photos to Service Manager and Service Lead · Safe operation of all tools required to perform duties · Use appropriate safety equipment as needed ie: safety glasses, gloves, steel toe footwear, safety harness, etc. · Operation of RbA vehicles in a safe and appropriate manner · Report all issues to Service Manager Requirements: · Good communication skills · Good driving record · Ability to pass a background check · Reliable transportation · Carpentry experience · Experience with hand and power tools · Ability to lift up to 100 lbs · Working from ladders and lifts · Bending, crouching and working in cramped spaces · Working in an outside environment
