As a Customer Engagement Specialist you’ll reconnect with past customers, help them take the next step on future projects, and bring care, urgency, and accountability to every call.
Job Details
Responsibilities - Call existing customers using company tools and clear, respectful communication. - Schedule appointments with our Sales Consultants when customers are ready to explore additional window and door projects. - Generate referrals in a natural, service-minded way after positive customer conversations. - Build trust quickly by listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and keeping the customer’s experience positive. - Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details. - Partner with management to address questions and resolve customer concerns. - Work toward daily activity and performance goals with consistency and ownership. - Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training. - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications - At least two years of experience in call center, customer service, sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles preferred. - Clear verbal and written communication. - Ability to make conversations feel natural and helpful. - Openness to coaching and the discipline to apply feedback quickly. - Comfort working independently while staying connected to team goals. - Flexibility when priorities shift and the focus to keep moving with purpose. - Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately.
