As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll support teams across the business through administrative coordination, recordkeeping, communication, and deadline management. Your work helps keep projects organized, accurate, and moving forward.
Job Details
Responsibilities - Following all administrative policies and procedures as outlined, ensuring all deadlines are met. - Performing accurate data entry and maintaining requested daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. - Communicating effectively and timely with leaders, administrative manager & team, providing clear, concise feedback regularly. - Maintaining an open, positive relationship with all business partners internally & externally. - Assisting with event planning including scheduling, attending on and offsite meetings with vendors, tracking budgets, and coordinating event details with appropriate departments. - Assisting with safety & security measures within the office. - Assisting with the completion of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met. - Collaborating with leadership and acting as the point of contact in the manager’s absence. Qualifications - Highly organized with attention to detail. - Takes initiative, a strong sense of urgency. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude). - Ability to adapt/multitask/be flexible. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, independent thinker, and ability to work well with others. - Focused, Determined, Dependable. - Experience w/Outlook & Microsoft products. - 1 year of working in an office setting cubicle setting (non-remote). - 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role. - Ability to lift up to 10lbs if needed.
