Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is searching for a Director of Event Marketing. In this role you are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate, and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines.

Responsibilities - At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role require. - Excellent team relations. - Exceptional communication skills. - Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team. - Knowledgeable with a tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand. - Must be able to organize & prioritize responsibilities. - Ability to adapt well and accept or give feedback in a changing environment. - Ability to work independently. - Must be willing to travel to applicable retail locations as well as multiple office locations.
