Our Install Lead Development Program will teach you: 
-The Richmond Window company culture and foundation, from the ground up
-The homeowner experience 
-Communication skills 
-A complete and in-depth product knowledge and training for installation of all our products, including Renewal by Andersen windows, and patio doors as well as ProVia entry doors and storm doors.  In just 4 Training Phases, we break it all down for you - from glazing to screens to Fibrex material.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
-Your work equipment will be provided for you
-Some construction experience preferred but not required
-Valid Driver’s License Required and must have an acceptable driving record
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Training is paid
