Job Details

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations while actively working alongside the team. This role is responsible for inventory control, product staging, job preparation, fleet coordination, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse that supports window and door installation operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily receiving, unloading, staging, and shipping of windows, doors, and materials.
· Order and schedule the receiving of materials from vendors based on the schedule before they are needed.
· Verify incoming products for accuracy and damage.
· Oversee that all materials are cut and processed for upcoming jobs.
· Stage materials accurately for upcoming installation jobs.
· Maintain organized warehouse layout and perform regular inventory cycle counts.
· See to it that the inventory system is updated and accurate.
· Manage consumables, returns, warranty parts, and damaged materials.
· Supervise and train warehouse staff; set daily priorities and performance expectations.
· Oversee company vehicles, trailers, and proper load securement.
· Assist in the field when necessary during high-volume periods.
· Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and conduct regular safety inspections.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of warehouse management or lead experience (construction industry preferred).
· Strong knowledge of inventory control and job staging processes.
· Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily.
· Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
