As a Service Manager for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for establishing and preserving a high customer service experience by handling customer service interactions, reports, and repairs.
Job Details
Responsibilities - Direct, supervise, and train all team members, ensuring proper techniques, policies and procedures are followed. - Provide continuous feedback to teammates, Installation managers, and crews. - Develop and maintain ongoing service training programs through formal and informal continuous learning opportunities. - Manage warranty reimbursement program, maximizing internal efficiencies to ensure the profitability of the program. - Improve and maintain service quality by enforcing policies and procedures, collaborating with other functional areas, and encouraging employee participation in solutions. - Prepares and manages budgets, schedules expenditures, and initiates corrective actions when required. - Conduct field inspections, ensuring installation and service methods and standards are being followed. - Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications - Comprehensive knowledge of Renewal by Andersen’s product and processes, including measuring, installation, and service methods. - Demonstrated problem solving/opportunity identification skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - High School diploma required; College degree preferred. - At least 2 years of experience in a management role required.
