Confirmation Specialist - Austin, TX

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in keeping the appointment schedule accurate and on track across multiple markets.
- Ensure customers are fully prepared for their scheduled visits.
- Manage and update calendars to ensure accurate scheduling.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to verify details.
- Communicate and coordinate with Sales Consultants across multiple markets.
- Perform accurate data entry across several platforms.
- Follow up on canceled or rescheduled leads to maximize appointment success.

Qualifications
- Prior Call Center experience is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, friendly demeanor.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications.
- At least 2 years of data entry experience.
