Accounting Specialist - Smithfield, RI

Responsibilities
- Sales rep commission calculations and weekly payment processing. 
- General accounting functions, journal entries, and Quickbooks experience is preferable. 
- Intercompany with other locations.
- Process contract adjustments and follow company processes. 
- Pay and reconcile monthly benefits.
- Marketing AP and reconciling actuals with our marketing team.
- Accrual and prepaid schedule recons required. 

Qualifications
- High School dipoma
- 2+ years in similar function, high-volume accounting department.
- 2+ Quickbooks experience in accounts payable. 
- Must be proficient in Excel.
- Experience month end close required.
- Strong sense of teamwork required.
